    What is included in rent?

    Rental rates for traditional unfurnished rentals include trash & recycling services, bike storage, and use of the fitness center. There is a $25 per person monthly fee for water/sewer. Electric services are metered separately to the unit and billed directly to the resident. The resident is responsible for internet and TV services.

  • Pet Policy

    Are you pet friendly?

    Yes, cats & dogs are allowed on property. All pets on premises must be recorded on a residential lease.


    Do you have any breed restrictions?

    There are no specific breed restrictions. However, you may be asked to provide a written recommendation from a veterinarian or trainer that your pet’s temperament is well-suited for an apartment dwelling. Of course, you are expected to be respectful of other residents when in common spaces with your pet, use designated areas for pet relief, and ALWAYS clean up after your pet.


    Do you require an additional deposit for pet-residents?

    There is a one-time fee of $55 per pet required at move-in for a pet to live on property and a $50 per pet monthly fee.


    Do you limit the number of pets per unit?

    The maximum number of pets allowed in a single unit is two.

  • Parking

    What parking is available?


    Underground heated parking is available for $125 per month (stalls are assigned). Surface parking stalls are available for $75 per month. 

  • Reserving a Unit

    Do you offer month-to-month leasing?

    Short-term leasing is available with a minimum 3-month lease term and requires a 60-day move-out notice. For individuals that require a shorter term option, we offer Airbnb units that allow for flexible 30+ day reservations.


    Do you require Renter’s Insurance?

    Residents will be automatically enrolled in a Property Damage Liability Waiver Program for $14 per month unless they take steps to opt out by providing their own coverage. Personal Property Insurance and Liability insurance with a minimum policy coverage of $100,000 is required.


    Do you offer furnished apartments?

    Furnished apartments are available for an additional monthly fee. Please contact the property manager for availability.


    Do you have an elevator?

    The elevator is located in the residential lobby. It provides access to the underground parking garage, to each residential floor, and to the rooftop terrace.


    Is the building secure?

    Yes, all entry doors are locked and can be unlocked with the tenant key fob.
